Position: Library Clerk (Part-Time)

 

Stokes Brown Public Library is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Library Clerk.

In this role, you’ll be the face of the library—helping patrons check out materials, navigate computers, and making their library experience outstanding. If you enjoy working with people and have a knack for organization and technology, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patrons with borrowing, returning, and locating materials
  • Provide basic tech support for public computer users
  • Ensure a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for all library visitors

Position Details:

  • Status:Part-Time (Non-Exempt)
  • Hours:Around 11 hours per week
  • Availability:Saturday and Sunday are a must
  • Pay Rate:$10.93/hour
  • Benefits:This position is not benefits-eligible
